Business Analyst
We are seeking a Business Analyst who will act as the vital link between our Vietnam engineers and English-speaking clients. By asking sharp questions, mapping technical inputs into clear narratives and guiding pre-sales materials, they’ll turn complex security challenges into customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for English-speaking clients on technical communication matters, working alongside the technical project leads.
- Lead structured discussion with clients and engineers, probing for context, goals and hidden risks to build a complete picture.
- Facilitate client meetings (e.g., kick-offs, progress updates, incident debriefs), ensuring technical findings from the Vietnamese team are translated into clear, business-centric English.
- Manage client inquiries via email and ticketing systems, ensuring timely and comprehensible responses by coordinating with the appropriate technical experts.
- Proactively manage client expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and technical outcomes.
- Chart support workflows and identify gaps in information flow—then propose enhancements to speed up report delivery and reduce follow-ups.
- Maintain open channels with business managers, global service leads and L&D teams to align on terminology, sha_style guidelines and evolving client expectations.
- Standardize reporting templates to ensure brand consistency and quality across all client deliverables.
- Maintain a repository of documentation and reports.
- Author, edit, and proofread all client-facing reports
- Collect feedback on clarity, turnaround times and relevance; analyze patterns and recommend adjustments to templates, question sets and review cycles.
- Co-design proposal outlines, draft solution overviews and participate in presentations, ensuring every slide speaks directly to client priorities.
- Articulate the technical team’s capabilities and service value proposition in client presentations and discovery calls.
- Assist in preparing the technical components of proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring the language is clear, accurate, and persuasive.
- Develop case studies and other marketing collateral based on successful client engagements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and spoken command of English—comfortable facilitating workshops, drafting formal documents and adapting tone for perse audiences.
- Proven experience dissecting business problems, drawing logical inferences and structuring complex information into coherent deliverables.
- An instinct for reading unspoken concerns, building rapport quickly and steering conversations toward clear, actionable outcomes.
- Skilled at juggling multiple projects, tracking open questions and ensuring version control across documents and presentations.
