Business Operations Manager

We are hiring a Business Operations Manager to oversee the Company’s administration, finance, accounting, legal, and sales support. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, manages compliance, and equips the organization with the systems and processes needed to succeed. With an AI-first approach, you will drive automation, improve reporting, and create scalable structures for growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

Administration & Operations

  • Oversee core administrative functions across the company.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between different departments on business operations.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics and administration for company events and business activities, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Partner with business teams to streamline deal execution from contracts to invoicing.
  • Provide reporting and insights to support sales planning and forecasting.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies and government regulations.

Finance & Accounting

  • Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
  • Prepare budgets, monitor spending, and provide variance reports.
  • Work closely with Group Finance and Business on invoicing, revenue reporting, and consolidated accounts.
  • Support in all Financial Audit activities.
  • Apply for grants and handle reporting obligations with relevant authorities.

Legal & Compliance

  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers on contract and legal matters.
  • Support contract drafting, review, and compliance tracking.
  • Manage corporate governance tasks, including filings, licenses, grants and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all legal and finance processes are documented and audit-ready.

AI-First Business Support

  • Identify opportunities where AI tools can reduce errors, speed up processes, and improve business reporting.
  • Drive adoption of technology that simplifies contract creation, financial workflows, and compliance monitoring.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making through effective reporting and analytics.
  • Introduce AI and automation projects that improve efficiency in tasks such as reporting, contract preparation, and payment follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • Experience in operations, finance, or legal administration, with exposure to sales support.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and corporate governance.
  • Familiarity with contracts and regulatory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with automation or AI tools.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
